Do you require reservations for tours?

We do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for single day tours and a minimum of 72 hours notice for multiple day tours.

Do you require a deposit for your tours?

Yes we do. For our single day tours we require a 25% deposit and for our multiple day tours we require a 50% deposit. This allows us to ensure all of the needed logistics are in place to ensure the best possible experience.

Do you rent your bikes out for self-guided tours?

No we do not. Our bikes are only available to those on our guided tours.

What safety equipment is provided?

We provide helmets, safety goggles, gloves, jerseys, pants, knee/elbow pads, camel backs and motorcycle boots.

What do I need to bring on tour?

If you are not using our equipment you need to bring your own safety equipment and water.

On single day tours if you are using our equipment we have you completely covered.

For multiple day tours you need to bring toiletries, chargers, and changes of clothes.

Accommodation is provided on our multiple day tours, not on our single day tours

What is your cancellation/ refund policy?

Cancellations made for single day tours two weeks or more out from tour date will receive a full refund

Cancellations made for single day tours less than two weeks from tour date will receive back 50% of 25% required deposit.

Cancellations made for multiple day tours four weeks or more out from tour date will receive full refund minus expenses (E.g. hotel reservations).

Cancellations made for multiple day tours less than four weeks out will receive 50% back of the 50% required deposit.

For cancellations 24 hours or less for any tour and no shows will receive no refunds.

Do I have to pay for bike damage?

When it comes to normal wear and tear we do not charge for damage (E.g. scratches or tube replacement for flat tires). The only time we charge for damage is if something is broken and has to be replaced (E.g. bent or broken handle bars).

What experience do I need and how hard are the trails?

To go on one of our tours we do require the rider to be competent on a geared bike. When it comes to trails we have trails that cater to every level of rider from beginners all the way up to advanced riders.

Is transportation provided to Pai?

We do not provide transportation, but can help organize it for you at your expense.

What is the minimum/ maximum number of riders to book a ride?

We do not have a minimum number of riders, but we do have a maximum of 6 riders. This is so we can ensure the safety of all riders and so that we do not agitate local villages with large numbers of riders.

How long is the average ride?

Our rides average 6 hours a day depending on the riders’ experience and trail conditions.

Do you offer meals on the rides?

For single day tours we include one Thai meal and on multiple day tours we include three Thai meals per day.
